How to play

• Each day brings a real recording and its real engraved score — with the composer's name inked out.
• You have six tries to name the composer (surname is enough). Naming the piece too is optional — get it right and your points double.
• A hint (year, era, genre) costs a try. Wrong composers are struck from the list.
• Cracked the composer but not the piece? Keep hunting it with your remaining tries — your earned points are safe — or take the points and move on. We'll tell you if you've at least got the right genre.
• Fewer tries = more points. Harder tiers multiply them (×2, ×3). Every win adds to your career score; the daily also builds your streak (one attempt per day).
• Challenge links are friendly duels — honour only.
